Have your items been inspected for authenticity?

Every watch offered at Huntington Watch has been thoroughly inspected for authenticity and condition. Our watchmakers, with over 70 years of combined experience, carefully review each watch before it is offered for sale to ensure our customers receive a genuine timepiece. We do not sell counterfeit or replica watches. Each watch comes with an authenticity guarantee and a certificate of appraisal.

Are your items in stock?

Yes, every watch listed for sale is in stock and available for showroom viewing by appointment or for overnight shipping, Monday through Friday. Read More about our Shipping Standard

Are you an authorized dealer of Rolex or other luxury brands?

No, Huntington Watch is not an authorized dealer of Rolex or other luxury brands. We specialize in Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, and other top brands, allowing us to offer rare and discontinued models that are hard to find at authorized dealers.

What condition are the watches in?

We offer only high-quality, mint or new condition watches. Our definition of mint: no discernable scratches and like-new appearance. Each watch is tested for accuracy and function. Photos reflect the actual watch and included accessories. Additional photos and videos are available upon request.

Can Huntington Watch hold items?

No, we operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. Full payment is required to process and ship orders. We do not accept deposits or holds.

Shipping & Delivery

How fast do you ship your items and how do you ship them?

All items are in stock and available for immediate overnight delivery. Orders placed by 4:00 PM Eastern (Monday–Friday) are shipped the same day via FedEx Priority Overnight, fully insured and securely packaged. Read More about our Shipping Standard

What is the shipping cutoff time for orders paid by wire transfer?

All wire transfers must be confirmed and accepted by 4 PM EST, Monday through Friday, for items to ship the same day.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends; shipments will resume on the next business day.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No, we currently only ship within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Payments & Trade-Ins

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal, ensuring secure transactions. Credit card payments may have a processing fee. We also accept bank wire transfers. Contact us for wire instructions.

Do you accept trade-ins?

We accept brand for brand trades; for any special requests please contact Richard Allen. Kindly note we reserve the right to not acquire trade ins.

Are my trade-ins able to be returned?

Trade-ins are not eligible to be returned to the consumer under any circumstance once delivered and accepted by Huntington Watch”

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

Huntington Watch does not charge a restocking fee for returns. If you would like to return your item for any reason our return window is 15 days from the date of delivery. Please note our credit card fee is non refundable due to our merchant services agreement with our credit card processor.

Do your items come with a warranty?

Yes, every watch includes a two-year warranty on the movement. All watches are tested for proper functionality and time-keeping. Warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, or misuse. Any third-party work voids the warranty.

Do you cover service estimates?

At Huntingtonwatch we have a comprehensive and hassle free 2 year warranty on every watch sold. We do not acknowledge, review, or agree with any outside estimates for any alleged repairs. The logic behind this is simple: other companies including but not limited to the watch manufacturer itself make money on service and are in business to do so. The purpose of our warranty is to make any repairs deemed necessary, not to perform optional and unneeded work on timepieces.

No funds will be tendered for any outside work performed or estimated on a timepiece under any circumstances. We have an open door policy for our in house warranty and encourage customers to utilize it.

Store & Viewing Appointments

Are your watches available to view in person?

Yes, our showroom is open to the public by appointment in Huntington, NY. If you are unable to visit in person, feel free to contact us via phone or email for additional details, photos, or videos. We are a verified brick-and-mortar store, not just an online-only business.
