Richard, he is the man of his words, the best man out there in the business. I have owned all Rolex models so I have deal with all salesman out there, I know what's I'm saying. When I was in a jam and needed to get a couple watches for my brothers at the signage, they made sure that I was able to get them before the Passover holiday.

Huntington Watch is a class act operation. Richard has taken the time to make sure customer service is paramount over everything besides maybe price- which speaks for itself. They are the best bargain in the business as it relates to quality and an amazing selection of time pieces that seem to be updated almost daily. Richard has done an amazing job essentially holding my hand throughout the process, never to get annoyed at too many questions or concerns.

As a customer who has dealt with them over 10 times over the last 5 years, I can definitively tell you that I will be a customer for life. Their watches (I am partial to Rolex Sport models but they carry a very diverse selection) are always as described and are of the highest quality and condition.

HW has made it possible for their customers to not have to sacrifice quality or add unnecessary risk to get a wonderful, relevant, clean, and mechanically flawless watch at a value. You can guarantee that whatever you buy from these guys will show up within a day or so FedEx overnight and it will be exactly what you thought you were buying.

They are totally transparent with their ads for their watches- it has become apparent to me their business model isn't to sell a customer a watch one time only for them to realize a year later they overpaid. Their model is they offer their customers pieces at such value that they keep coming back and value long term customer relationships over large one time margins. Richard has always made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process of buying, trading, and selling.

I do believe thing happens for reason. I was at a jeweller looking at the very same watch but with scratches and dents on one side of the case, eventhough they said it was brand new. Some people will disregard these scratches as minor but I want my watch to be perfect if I pay premium for it and would like to be the one put scratches on it. I had a very positive experience. I purchased a watch on their website at 11pm on a Monday. At 10am on Tuesday I received an email that it had been shipped and at noon on Wednesday it showed up.

There was a misunderstanding on the contents of what was included with the watch as far as paperwork. It was absolutely authentic but didn't include a warranty item I thought was going to be included. After reading the listing again I noticed they didn't mention this item was included. I called them and they confirmed that it was not included.

I decided to return the watch and mailed it back on Thursday afternoon with their provided shipping label. By Friday morning they had already processed my refund.

I would absolutely do business with them again, I was very impressed with their quick processing times and how helpful they were. They did not give me a hard time about returning the watch in any way.

I'll be monitoring their website and if I find the watch I'm looking for I'll not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I have bought several rolex and other high end watches from my local AD, and I have never received the time and attention that i received from this place. They are super accomodating and really want you to own the watch you want, vs just selling you something. Thier prices are really really good and their service is better. I was going back on forth on several watches and they allowed me to phyisically receive them to make my choice. And they offered top dollar for my trade in. Condition of the watch is as listed. i know the use of the word mint is overstated a bit, but all the watches i received were in that condition. I will hand it to Richard the owner of the company on always walking me through the pros/cons of each watch but never steering me to what he wanted, always let it be my decision. Buying a rolex or other watch should be done this way. ADs are not looking out for you and private sales are just too risky. I will buy and service my and my wifes watches here for life. Really great experience.
