We offer a 14-day money back guarantee for items returned in the same condition as sold. 

Trade ins, special orders, exchanges and in store purchases shall be subject to a restocking fee of up to 8%

The credit processing fee of 2.5% is non refundable pursuant to our merchant services provider.

 

Preparing Your Return

To return a shipped item to Huntington Watch, please follow these steps:

• Notify us the basis of the return.
• Affix the pre-printed return label to the box.
• All returns will be inspected before a refund is issued.
• A refund will be sent, excluding delivery charges, within 3 business days upon receipt of your item.
