All items must be returned in their original condition for a full refund. Items that have been worn, damaged or altered will be subject to a restocking fee.
Trade-ins, special orders, exchanges, and in-store purchases can be subject to a restocking fee of up to 8% as well as any shipping costs. If there is a possibility of returning the item for any reason, please inform our staff of the intent or reason before completing the purchase.
Any item acquired below the posted price on huntingtonwatch.com shall incur a restocking fee of 2% irrespective of any reason for return. In order to avoid the restocking fee, we will give a full store credit for 30 days to acquire a different timepiece in lieu of a restocking fee.
