Definitely, it's a must, to come or visit their website to look for watch when you think about getting yourself a luxury watch. Richard, he is the man of his words, the best man out there in the business. I have owned all Rolex models so I have deal with all salesman out there, I know what's I'm saying. Story is, I live in California, found a very nice Patek Philippe he has for sale at great price close to $30k. So I called him up, asked if he took my trade Daytona worth $18k. After all, I shipped my watch to him, and wired in $9k in all based on trust. I have not done business with him before, just from his reputation on online reviews. He didn't disappoint me, and he went extra mile to take care of my post sale and solved my issue. Best, Im telling you, the best guy. I will definitely look for more deal from him in the future to upgrade or to buy watches for my family members.

I do believe thing happens for reason. I was at a jeweller looking at the very same watch but with scratches and dents on one side of the case, eventhough they said it was brand new. Some people will disregard these scratches as minor but I want my watch to be perfect if I pay premium for it and would like to be the one put scratches on it. You have to know what you are getting when purchasing through this seller. I made the mistake by thinking eBay automatically sends any watch over 2k for authenticity. However, this seller customizes to avoid that and uses stock photos. It wouldn’t pass authentication due to listing of mint/photos and why they were removed as trusted seller in Rolex forums. This watch had a 1CM gash on the bracelet but I didn’t expect “mint” from them already. Otherwise good condition and real so no complaint
